Chapter 1 · Your plan

A plan,
not a guess.

Tell GROW what you want, how long you've trained and which days you have. You get a full week: exercises, sets and rep ranges, matched to your gym and your level. Change a day, swap an exercise, or build your own plan from scratch.

Chapter 2 · Training

Every set
on paper.

Each finished set gets its stamp. Last time's weight sits right next to this time's, the rest timer keeps running when you leave the screen, and your Apple Watch counts along. Runs, rides and everything from Apple Health land in the same log.

Chapter 3 · Progress

Progress
you can read.

Your week next to the last twelve. Weeks in a row. Records per exercise. The muscles you trained today. Numbers that answer “am I getting stronger?” without a spreadsheet.

Chapter 4 · The club

Train
together.

Every workout can become a post, with a poster GROW makes for you. Follow friends, cheer them on, share stories from the gym and pass on plans that worked. You choose who sees each post, and places and routes stay hidden from strangers.

  1. ✓
    Feed & stories

Workouts from the people you follow.

  2. ✓
    Shared plans

Copy a friend's plan, rate it, make it yours.

  3. ✓
    Private by default

Report, block and control visibility per post.

Chapter 5 · Your AI

Bring your
own coach.

Connect ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant to your GROW account. Ask it to review your last month, move a training day or build next week's plan. It only gets the access you approve, and you can disconnect it any time in the app.

Yes. Logging workouts, building your own plans and the exercise library are free. GROW Pro adds advanced statistics, the weekly report, exercise tier ratings, target reps and automatic progression for €9.99 a month or €59.99 a year.

Which devices does GROW run on?

GROW is an iPhone app with a companion app for Apple Watch. Workouts can also come in from Apple Health.

Do I need to be experienced?

No. GROW asks about your goal, your experience and your week, then builds a plan that fits. Beginners get fewer, simpler exercises; experienced lifters get more volume and structure.
